IG VERIFICATION Bug by Phone

Dear BHW,

today i tried to send my IG verification request by my iphone to instagram. After i upload my docs the button „send“ is available then i press it but its loading but I never get a confirmation.

Is there another why to send this request?

it might be your internet, your phone signal, a problem in your phone or a problem in their verification system.
What I suggest you to do is try with another Sim card of it doesn't work try with another phone and if it doesn't work also contact their support(good luck with that)

There isn’t another way try deleting the app and redownloading it
