IG "User Restricted", What to do?

I'm following just fine this month, but a few days ago i started getting "User Restricted" on my accounts, What is this thing and how to fix it?

It'd help if you gave a bit more details on what you were doing before this happened.

It could be software related.
It could be action(limits) related.
It could be proxy related.

But we wouldn't know without that info.
