IG "user does not exist" but it actually exists

Hello, today I tried to login with a customer's account and I got this problem, I checked his profile and the username was correct and the account was alive. But when I tried to login through my VPS (I'm using followliker but I got the same error when I logged in manually) I got the error "username does not exist". I am using proxies to log in and never had any problem till today. After getting the error customer told me he got "there was a problem with your request" error, and after a while he was able to login.
Another friend of mine had same problem with a lot of accounts, but other accs were successfully added today. Anyone facing same problem? Any solution?

What do you mean? I didn't get any phone verification, I only got the error "username does not exist" like I've entered an invalid username but it was correct

so there r 2 things, 1 is banned but as u said account is not banned so it must be pv, try to login account in ur laptop browser in chrome

As I've written I tried loggin in manually through the browser and I got the same error "username does not exist"

What are you talking about how can he block me from loggin in into his account..

Oops sorry, I did not understand what you meant before, just noticed the real reason, Instagram sometimes randomly deletes accounts, I have come in contact with this myself when running SPAM accounts.
 
If you don't have any issue then send me account in pm, let me have a look

As I wrote the account is alive, it has no issue.. seems like when I try to login through proxy this problem happen: I get "username does not exist" but it actually exists

I'm sorry but the account is a customer's account so I cannot share any information.
Anyway I got this issue today on multiple accounts of other customers. Maybe it's a problem given by the proxy (IG recognises that I'm using proxies and does this stupid thing). Strange thing is that in months of work I never got any error, just today (IG update?)

It's a IG bug. It will go away. Many users have reported this on downdetector. Just give it time. You'll be good in a couple of hours.
When trying to login from a PC it says user does not exist, and when trying from an app, it tells you that your request can't be handled atm.

If your botting. Stop, and let the accounts rest for a couple of days.

Thanks dude for the answer, anyway I solved the problem by switching proxy (from another network) and by verifying it with phone when requested.
