go to instagram app and go to help and see if u can unban. if it says this account cannot be restored then the account is deleted from the entire system and there's NO WAY u can recover it.

even with appeals, there's only a 0.00001% of recovering.

so dont give your money to anyone and just accept the fact that ur account is gone

The way to proceed with banned accounts is to provide full registration device information, like this:

MAC: BE:0B:01:9B:9C:80
UUID: f0eb720c-8a3d-39ca-bbc9-4481cd7c1f4e
IMEI: 648607009580207
Name: Samsung GT-N7100
Device ID: fba131eceeaed77b
IP: (x.x.x.x)

I know a way to register confirmed accounts and can provide such an information about every of it. PM
