So I have been trying to create IG accounts on my desktop.
After every 3-4 accounts created, i would change my ip (i have dynamic ip).
But I just realized now i am being banned from creating accounts on my PC regardless of my ip.
So logically i think that IG flags my desktop, which i didn't think they would be able to.
Can someone with knowledge verifies if this is true that IG can track your device ID?

Try changing your IP and browser after each account signup. If you are not using a paid vpn service go for it.

Yes, they do fingerprint your device. 100% confirmed.

They have to track your device otherwise you can just change ip and browser and make unlimited accounts, you need to mask your device too if you want to make multiple accounts with the same one.

There's dozens of things that they track, lots of threads here on the topic if you spend some time hunting around for it.

This might help too.

Of course they do.

You need to using multiple browsers at the very least. Spinning up random VMs, randomisation all the values you can that the eff link posted above shows you.

Simple things like javascript country not matching IP, same pluglins, same language / font pack etc.

More complicated things like javascript rendering times are a lot harder to mitagate but I am not sure if ISG is using advanced metrics such as these
