Hello,

I have problem with Instagram. My account was temporarily locked. I did a maximum of 400 followings per day. Do you know how to unlock my account ? Does anyone from us have the same problem? I think that IG change the limits

You should cool it off and give it some time. It happens when you constantly DM other accounts as well. Sometimes it goes away quickly sometimes it can take couple days.

My IG account is over 3 years old. I started the F / UF method over a month ago, at the beginning smaller action, then more up to 400 F a day. I did it manually. 10 days ago my account was blocked. I wrote a few days ago to Instagram Help Center but I did not receive an answer.

Don't do 400, then you will get blocks, start with 20-30 follows, and increase after some days with ex 10 and so on until you hit 150-200 followers per day. Above that is risky

You would have to increase the amount of f / uf little by little to avoid bans, I personally never tried more than 250 in a day and I had no problems
