IG Share Pictures with Faces

Hey,

I'm trying to push some IG Accounts in Followliker.
My niche is Erotic.
Can i upload Pictures with Faces or Copyrights/Instagram Names without getting a ban?
At the moment i only upload ass or breast pictures without a Face, but it takes much time to filter all downloaded Pictures.
