IG shadow banning account

I grow adult/simp theme pages mostly just women with big buns dancing and Instagram keeps shadow banning my account, anyone experiencing this? How do I solve this?

If this is happening more recently, it is probably because Meta has surged in banning accounts following their implementation of AI to review accounts. A lot of legit accounts, some with tons of followers, have been caught up and been mistakenly banned. If you check the Instagram subreddit on Reddit, you'll see a lot of recent posts about it. One thing you could test, try posting less sensitive material for some weeks while the account is still under high scrutiny, then gradually introduce your intended content.

-How do you create the accounts?
-Where does the content come from?
-How many posts do you make in a day?
-How do you determine that your account is shadowbanned?

When you publish posts, make sure you clearly state that its AI (if the post is AI). In addition, if you are using non-unique content, make sure you clear the hash and meta data before posting.
