IG removing likes but metrics stay same

Hey there. Everybody knows that Instagram is removing fake likes from photos. However, I realized that the number of likes which is shown under the photo in the left side remains the same but when you click on it then you see the full list of likes and you can count and see that the number of likes was reduced because IG has deleted them. So, is there a way to refresh the metrics (number of likes) which are shown under the photo?

No solution here ?
