1) Is it ok to copy content from other IG pages (not from celebrities or someone famous but from general pages) and not give them credits for it? Will this get my account banned?

2) How to get followers from a particular country? Looking to get followers from Tier 1 countries.

3) From where do you get your photos / videos to upload it to IG? I know it depends on the niche but generally?

Depending on the nich, but to be safe just get so big accounts photo and credit them its no big deal.
 
To get followers from a particular country one way is to search on "Places" :)
I get my photos on Tumblr and i dont give any credits
 
1. stealing content is generally fine, if someone doesn't like you stealing their content they can make a complaint and it gets removed, not much more happens but most of the time it's fine.
2. I believe you can scrape by location now, another idea maybe is if the tier 1 country speaks non English you could target them by following or liking hashtags in that specific language.
3. You can find them on IG itself, 9gag, facebook, twitter basically anywhere.

just give them some credit and it should be fine, but you never know with something like that.
I have tones of copied content and have not had any problems, but like I said it's a risk.

If you steal my content and don't credit it and i find out, i will find you and ban you i have ways of doing it.
just give credits, its easy and you are not even paying people to create content for you.
 
Thank you all for your suggestions. So I created my account today. Followed close to 400 people and got back 80 followers in return but I'm not able to follow people anymore. Is this what they call temporary ban? After how many days will they unban?

I dont Steal content from people like you, you don't have that kind of lifestyle that i post.

You probably followed to many people to quickly, you should get a instagram bot and
then find safe delay settings for it, so you don't run into this problem all the time.
 
For now I'll stick to manual following atleast for couple of weeks

Usually 24 hours but I usually wait it out for 2-3 days.
 
1) I usually use credits, but most of my friends dont care much about it and the only problem i remember ended up with just deleting the pic by request of the copyright owner. Not even ban!
2) Geo targeting in IG-bots/parsers works best for me
3) I get pictures all over the web, just do my best to find out if it's under any copyright.
