IG proxy logging error

Tested after 24 hours.
Tried with other account and new proxy, but the problem remains.
- Instagram has temporarily prevented this IP/proxy from logging in. You may need to switch to a different IP/Proxy.
- Last response code: 400 -> checkpoint_required was received from instagram
- Unable to login to shantayapfeffer. Please check your proxy and also your username and password.

Having absolutely the same problem with FL (but it's not FL problem) as if I manually log in to my new account then I get logged off right away and then IG tells me my password is wrong and doesn't reset it.
So I suspect it must be proxies so have to test there... what proxies are you using?
Update: just set up an account with my existing proxy using this method with proxycap and it's all good... will do a few more tests.

Anyone got a solution for this? Is this a problem with FL, proxies, or accounts? I've tried 3 different proxy providers and still no luck.
