Does it really matter if proxies GEO is same as accounts GEO. e.g German accout + german/american proxy. ?

Yes, its better to get the location of proxy’s where the account was created

It is always better to create Instagram account with mobile internet (4G IP) and use the same network provider IP range for botting that account. Or you can create an account on mobile IP, then wait for a couple of days so you can start botting with IP which is from another country.

If the account is high quality it doesn't matter. All you'll get is an email from instagram about suspicious log in. After that, let that account warm up in that IP for 2 days before starting any activity.

Let's give an example.
if the account was created with a clean ip from germany.
You can add your bot after a few days with a US ip Do not worry

It's better, but doesn't critical. I haven't got any troubles with EU proxies and US accounts.
