Change MD5 hash.
that mean's if i have 100 acc ,i need 100 different MD5?many times,many compaign in jarvee...

Takes 5 seconds to change MD5 hash to whatever amount of photos.

It's a unique ID that every image/video has. Renaming the file is enough to change it, you have to crop or use a MD5 hash changer. If you don't change it, then Instagram knows you duplicate content and that's how you can get banned.
You can automatically change the MD5 with Jarvee
Go to Campaigns > Your campaign > Overview > Tick "Make images unique before they are posted". Small is enough

As has been mentioned, Instagram is cracking down on this so you need to change the hash.
Just a heads up, MD5 hash can be changed in several different ways. Naive approaches don't work as there are other ways in checking if an image is the same that might be used by Instagram on top of just checking if there is a hash change.
Some tools have an option to change the hash. My free tool (thread) does as well + has additional logic to distort the image (not to the human eye but to a computer checking the image) so that reposting is safer.

I think the problem you are facing is not due to MD5. Instagram blocked a lot of datacenter proxies from posting recently.
Take that same account and the the same picture and try posting WITHOUT a proxy.
So, from your home residential IP or from the IP of your VPN.
I bet it works. This way you know your proxies are the reason you can't post.

i made the test with residential IP not proxy.
