Ok so I applied for getting back that account. I sent the photo with the white paper and handwritten code. Anyway the account was registered with the same phone number I have other accounts which are not banned... but had been using a bot. Now I realized, could be posssible that when a human looks into the account finds the other accounts under the same phone number? Could this end in them banning me the other accounts under this phone? Should I try to change the phone number of this accounts and do a verification before this happens or a human looks into this?

Using the same phone nr. from other troubled accounts doesn't even require a human to raise flags. It's straight up asking to be banned.

Slow down read a bunch of posts about creating accounts with your phone and about decice ID and proxies.
As far as what you've already done.. I'm guessing you made all those accounts on the same IP address so you left footprints from your previous accounts just do some reading in the instagram section and you'll know what to do next time.

Don't phone verify your account with the old number. I did that and it resulted in instant ban. Every time I get a PVA I use an iPhone app called Burner which lets you purchase ($1.99) new phone numbers for any area code you want. In the USA we don't have cheap sims, so $1.99 is not such a bad deal I guess. Each phone number can only be used about 4 times. On the 5th time Instagram will give error message "use another number please."

Burner numbers are safe? I tried the android version a while back and got banned, I used the number they gave me didn't pay any extra

I got an account banned using the free sms/burner versions. If the app gives you a free number to try out, chances are its already flagged with Instagram. The app I use, must pay $1.99 to get the first number. I've had 6 burner phones, all usa numbers, all verified about 24 accounts.

Yeah I think it's the same app I used by Ad Hoc Labs Inc. But it gave me a number when I signed up but I can see the option to buy a different number/line for 3 credits
