IG, Nature niche.. How to monetize it?

Hello guys. Currently I am building my followers in Nature-niche. So far got like 2k followers. So how am I gonna monetize later? How many followers do you think to start doing it.

My contents iare about natural environment, flowers, animal, mountains, etc..

Nature is a very popular niche but it doesn't monetize that great (I bought a shoutout for my photography acc for $20 for 200k). I think selling S/O to photographers seem to be the best option or promoting apps / products which are semi relevant, having said that, I also have a nature niche which I plan on using it to post my own photography. Probably start monetising from upwards of 10-20k.

One method I have seen which I assume works reasonably well, is that nature pages have a submit content/ shoutout > link to email. Then they reply with their pricing for promos.
 
Sell photography stuff or even your pictures.

Start doing shoutouts if your pics are getting about 1k likes, so more people will buy these.
 
Agreed about selling shoutouts to photographers accounts. Use their content as a 'feature' and maybe share 3 of their pics for a price (set the price on what you feel your brand deserves. Don't be cheap!)
'Huckberry' is doing a great job of posting nature and exploring stuff, and converting followers into buyers of their affiliate products
 
Take a look a clickbank. There are many gardening or photography products you can sell using CB.
 
I would be more worried about likes and comments than follower number
 
Try getting in contact with travel businesses and stuff like that. They may pay for advertising their company.
