Its almost dead and the conversions are really bad these days, it worked really good from 2020-2022

Mass DM is not dead, the only reason providers see almost no results it's because they follow old strategies. Power of Mass DM comes from Getting Proper Potential Prospect list and many fails in that since they believe taking someone's followers, likes or comments will help..
