IG Limiting Reach as Punishment?

Followers: 9.5k followers.
Following: 100
Posts: 30

At some point around 4k, I was reaching 700 likes on average each post. Now, I find that I am only getting about 500 on average. This means that not only has my EG stopped in relation to my follower growth, but it has gone BACKWARDS because I used to get more! My content is better than ever. I am currently gaining 100-150 followers a day.

Things that I have done to my best knowledge that IG may have not liked:

- I bot this account. I like 2000 photos minimum per day in addition to using the account with my phone. 0 Action blocks, I just get the (please wait a while and try again error) a few times a day.

- I use powerlikes from fuelgram often.

- I use the same exact hashtags (I have stopped this and use different hastags every post)

-I like my photos with my one other main account (30k, also botting heavily & done f/uf in the past)

-I have done one paid shoutout from another leading account in the niche.

What would it take to reverse these effects? Is this permanent? Do you think this is just the algo change and I have to deal with it? (I doubt this because it has only been 4 months)
Should I stop everything listed above? Thanks.

I have the same problem, I just stopped using fuel groups from fuelgram (REALY!!!) since I stopped it my post got nearly the same likes as before with FG. lol.

stop your bot for like 2-5 days and then post one pic and see the results

I would stop this massiv likes, 2k are to much in my opinion and if your are in fuel groups, you will aoutomaticly like other fuel group members posts, so you nearly like up to 3k likes a day

there should be no problem with liking your posts, but you can stop it and check it

I'm in the same situation with one of my accounts. For me the problem is being shadowbanned from hashtag, therefore my reach is limited to my followers.
I used to have a 20% engagement rate but during the last two weeks it dropped down to 10%.

I read some articles that were suggesting to stop botting, stop activities for 2-3 days and other things. I went on vacation last week so i decided to give it a try and stop all the activities for 5 days. Two days ago i came back and manually posted stories and one picture.

Results?
My post appeared back in hashtag and i received an incredible 40% engagement rate on that post.

I decided to not use the bot for another day and see what happened. This time i used my standard rotation of hashtags and i had a 10% engagement rate again.
Today i started my bot again, i'll switch hashtag again and let's see what happen.

Well I am not using fuelgroups, just powerlikes. I guess stopping my bot is worth it I guess. But that means loosing 500-1k follower gain..oh well.
My posts are appearing in hashtags as I have been through 4 post now, each with 11 completely different tags.
@ddlmanager Let me know what happened, and by standard rotation did you mean you have used those hashtags before? I am starting to feel like IG doesn't want me to use them at all...

Update:

So I have done some polls with my followers on my 30k account. My most recent post did really bad.
HOWEVER, I asked in a story poll which they liked more, the really bad post or the one where I had pretty good feedback. 80 fucking percent PREFERRED the post that did bad.

This means that the content was good! (or maybe they are all fucking retarded and are lying to me)
It has to be one of two things:

I posted it at a really bad time.
The algorithm decided not to show it to anyone for some reason.

So yes I am stopping botting and only using the app manually, liking/commenting photos in my feed and viewing stories. Will update soon.
By the way, the post that had good feedback has like 5k impresssion from 'other' wtf is in other that could generate that much attention? It shows explore as only getting 86 impressions...Could it be hashtags? Is this how you tell if you are a top hashtag?

What niche is your account in? Maybe try creating 3 sets of hashtags and keep rotating it everyday, which consists of 15-20 hashtags.

I have 90 hashtags that I am rotating every 9 posts lmao. I am at rotation 5. Artist/ Influencer

Yes, I got 800 likes from Fuelgroups from 20k-100k and then it exploded to 5k likes atm. And a rly good CTA for comments did it too. I made 3 of my post to this engagement and it drives nice traffic aka followers to my acc close to 400 a day

It's gona get worse. They're working on detecting commercial intent, just like they did with FB. A page with 100k+ likes gets what...10% of the reach it used to just 3 years ago.

I'd be getting ready to jump ship from IG, honestly I only create IG accounts for clients because they must have one. For us in IM it's a dying platform.

What exactly is this thing? I post motivational and inspiring quotes and end up using the same hashtags for most of my feeds. So, will that be a problem?
I suppose maximum 30 hastags is allowed so I keep it around 25 on most of my posts.

its not hastags i think, its something else. I am doing f/u and my following count is not increasing and no followbacks at all.. unfollow is working great and my followings are dropping to zero!

Getting reach limited is common with botting which you have to deal some or the other day for sure reasons unless you are allowing your accounts more than ample rest.

How much rest ? i rest them for 14 hours per day! do you think my problem i.e state above is related to not giving enough rest ?

I always rest botting 6-8 hoours but I still use it manually probably 1-2 of those hours. So 4 hours minimum pure rest. Not enough?

I have been resting botting for almost 24 hours since I started this thread and have reached a new story viewers record today. I wonder if that is a coincidence. (12.2% engagement with 6 hours to go - no hashtags) I wish i could see those numbers with my posts.

4 hours is not enough. Its not human who can keep liking/following 20 hours a dsy 7 dayd a week. Make them rest longer, at random intervals and atleast rest them for a full day for once or twice a week.

Settings is not the only criteria, it must appear like a human.

Settings is not the only criteria, it must appear like a human.

well yeah...don't most bots have random sleeping although? All i am saying is, you can get good engagement and bot if you do it right.

Little update:

Yesterday i posted a photo using the hashtags that allowed me to reach 40% engagement rate recently.
Results?
I had 10% engagement rate and 1/6 of the reach of the other post.

So after few days of testing i realize that:

- Instagram shadowban the account, therefore you'll end up with a limited reach with every set of hashtag

- Shadowban is directly correlated to the bot usage (at least for me).
Btw for everyone who could be interested i use GMT2, spread all the activities in a 12 hours time with medium settings and use no proxies since i run only this account atm.

- What worked for me was stopping all the activities for some days and start using the account manually again.

I will do more tests during the next week to understand if the problem is only the bot.

If anyone have any advice i'm all ears
