IG Likes Failure!

I have been experiencing the failure of IG Likes from about 3 weeks ago.
I manage about 700 accounts, all 700 accounts are at least six months old and some are four years old.
We are currently using one proxy per id.
IG Likes sometimes fail, but most fail.
I try to do about 1,000 Likes per day, but only about 60 Likes are successful.
That is not all accounts.
There are only about 60 accounts in about 40% of the accounts.
There are only about 60 accounts with four year old accounts.
Is this a problem with proxies?
Please give me an answer!

i kinda also experience some like blocks in the last days.

I think Instagram is obsessed with likes. Even shit proxy can do some follows but it seems liking is hard even with hq proxy.
