I have IG 1yr old accs.. Accounts is asking PV but after i PV 2 of my accounts it gets ban.. How to avoid this ban after i PV my accs?

Never Faced any issue with IG, using 8 accs with different niches. SAME IP.
maybe you are spamming with offers or using IG features a Lot, that might be the reason your IP is flagged.

Better to change my proxies? and im using 1 phone only to open the accs..

You could try that or maybe your phone numbers have been used before (this is if you use TextNow)

I use real sims for PV... But i only use 1 phone and login accs there...

One phone is THE problem. Either login using browser and change UAs or use a bot with appropriate functionality.
