What kind of impact would it have on people if a spam software sent 40K+ comments within a 24-hour timeframe to posts and users of all global accounts?
If this also includes replying to all incoming DMs?

Instagram has a spam filter that can detect comments that have a purpose to spam. They can get hidden once they algorithm picks up its spam.
