IG Growth Stuck

Hello, I need some help with my personal profile in IG. I almost had 25k, but about a month ago I decided to stop using FollowLiker and clean my followings. I lost almost 1.5k followers in one week and haven't been able to continue the growth momentum I had since starting my page. I'm almost sure I'm shadow banned, but I don't know what other growth strategies I can use to break it. Any suggestions?

If you don't want to use f/uf anymore, continually improve your content and get into some engagement groups.
