The only method to grow the accounts safely is by manual follow/unfollow.
But the only thing is one should know the limits for actions.

Manually F/U on multiple account would be extremely impossible (maybe i'm wrong). Is there a tool to automate this?

You can run 3-4 accounts on one phone easily. You don't even need proxies.
I know its time consuming but at the same time its safe as well.

Manual is doable but will take you lot’s of work. Especially running more than 50 accounts. The best way is to go into phone automation though..
