It's about the service you choose actually. They have to be high quality services even if they're bots, they should have photos and posts to seem more natural. But I think if you want to grow fast, buy real followers, it'd be better.

No it's the opposite of that the more fakes you have the account the bad it is that's why there is something called as removing ghost followers in which bots and dead accounts are removed so only real and active people stay as followers and your chances of getting your content viral increases.
