IG EXPERT NEEDED: Verification impossible

Hey community,

as one of our customer which we consult has a problem we never faced before i'd love to ask for help:

They have a huge business account to promote their Hotel on Instagram. This account has taken many investments and has grown pretty well.

Since mid of December Instagram is asking for an SMS verification to access the account and now comes the (stupid) problem: The Phone Number connected to the account is a LANDLINE not capable of receiving (or reading) SMS codes. So there is NO chance to solve this verification.

So far we tried every known trick, every help center article and even talking to the Facebook/Instagram support (which is the most stupid support ever)

Is there anybody with any idea on how to fix this?! Help is very much appreciated as a big part of their business is out of control because of this.

Can't you chose the "email verification" method ? Or you're only asked to verify via phone ?

cant you just change the business phone just for the verification & then resubmit.

We can only verify via. PHONE (Provider is not capable of forwarding a sms to a mobile phone)

how to change the Phone number of we aren’t capable of accessing the account?
