Any suggestion to fix it? The account is new so it's probably a issue with low quality score. Videos and stories are being published correctly, images are insta-deleted.

I'm trying switching several proxies, meantime have you got more suggestions?

Advertise on BHW
Try a better quality account + mobile proxies, you won't face the same problem.

Remember to rest 24-48h before doing any actions on the account.
 
I never heard this type of issue before but I think. Something is agains .instagram guidelines
 
ive had this issue once before,

solution = let account rest for a few days then post again

idk if you were doing any kind of automation etc but that worked for me
 
it mean's your account is on thin ice. that happened to one of mine a few days before being deleted

Switch to the mobile or residential proxy.
Warm account with the story tool for few days.
After its done - there will be no problems with posting.
 
Honestly just rest the account, I've had this happen so many times and its got NOTHING to do with proxy.

Account was created on my mobile phone + virgin IP mobile. Then switched to IPV6. Had several accounts like that but this was the first. Will try to rest it. Thank you :)

It was already banned but reovered as well.

having the same problem on my account, I posted manually from my phone too and had a problem start while using follow planner but I wasn't doing any actions other than posting. let me know if you find the fix
 
Actually I found also that is not commenting, it's ghosted. Seems that I have to improve the game :) Btw thanks all for the suggestions

Has been a problem for a while. Seemingly only effects new accounts on proxies. I have never heard of it effecting a real / established account whether on proxies or local IP.

As someone said above, is most likely a low score from how the account was bulk created before you even got to use it
 
Its the proxies as my accounts with no proxies are ok. All proxy accounts are not letting me post images and get bans everytime I like a post.

Right, then there would be some consequences. I haven't tried registering a new account on Instagram from a long time, but it was frustrating when I did during the last time.
