600 Is A Rough Number It's Not Something Of A Fact That It's A True Limit Of IG, I Would Have Advised 500 To Be Even More Safer.
Its However A Normal User Or A Huge Page Runner Or An IG Addict Would Like To Perform On A Daily Basis.
All The Huge Page Runners Keep Engaging With Their Users In Comments Liking Or Replying With Thanks And They Post 5-10 Posts Daily And Engage With Most Of The Audience.

And From A Personal Point Of View I Did A Manual 60/Hr Following For 8-10 Hrs But One Day I Tried To Do More Manually And Had A Follow Block.
As Even More Reasons I Mentioned This Number Is Cause Some Of The People Ik Who Were Running Below 500 Actions Did Not Have Verification Loops On Any Of Their Accs But They Did Have Their Accounts PV'd From Their Own Numbers And Weren't Doing CPA.

500-600 Actions From An Acc Is Normal-ish, Although Keep In Mind That I'm Not Saying You Can Do 500 Follows Along With 500 Likes , I'm Putting Them Altogether. Also, These Actions Should Have Good Intervals Between Them.

To Be Like 70-100% Safe You Run Below 50 Actions Per Hour.

For Ex. Lets Say I Follow Someone And I Like Their Recent Posts
To Follow Someone I Hit The Follow Button And Then See A Picture (10-30 Sec Delay)
Now I Like The Picture, Now I Go To Another Account To Do The Same (But After 50-70Sec After Completing One Follow & Like Actions)
So You Spend About Almost 100 Seconds Max Delay Between 2 Users You Following & Liking Their Pic.

For Set Of Actions A 10-30Min Is Fine.
