Are there any Instagram bots that support IPv6? Or any that plan to support it in the near future?

Yes there are Instagram bots that support what you're looking for as I am currently using them.

Are they publicly available? Or are you using a privately scripted bot?

Private. But that isn't to say there aren't public bots available with this feature; for I have not studied others.

How those ips worked compared to private ips you got from datacenters?
