IG bot for just follow/unfollow?

Is there a free (or cheap (1 time purchase)) bot for instagram that only does follow (based on multiple target pages) and unfollow operation? Maybe with few parameters for the target accounts, but nothing too fancy. Instabot.py doesn't have the option to follow target pages' followers
