IG bann for liking photos from third-part websites

So, i probably liked a lot of pic from third part sites and now i have the bann. can not like photos from websta or iconsquare. i can follow coment etc, and even like from my phone but not from my other sites. anyone has this expirience? when will the bann ends? in iconsquare they say " temporary" , "soon u ll can"...

It will end. I had a following temp ban because of a third party and instead of lasting 24hrs it lasted like 8 hrs

Yeah, did many times, changed my password as well, bio, cleared the cash, deleted the history... I upload photo manualy, so im always singed up on my phone.
Meanwhile Ive found similar thread, ppl got ban for about 7-14 day. So I ll wait...
Just not sure if i should go liking on instgram.com, because i can like trough that site...
