IG ban rates vs Twiter ban rates

If you have used both platforms in the past, which one do you think is less harsh on spam and with ban rates.

I vote ig. Twitter gives you a bunch of chances to try again or fix your spam method but they are super quick to make you re-verify. IG seems based on whether you are getting reported for spam which most users do when you just have a profile and a link.
