Are you buying just a single account or multiple accounts?
If you're buying multiple account, there's no point in buying non-pva account as eventually you've to PV them yourself.
There's no different of a 3 year old account and a fresh account. There's many factors in how you're going to run the accounts and what you're doing with it.
My ADVISE: DON"T POST WEBSITE LINK INTO THE ACCOUNT IN THE FIRST 3 WEEKS OF RUNNING.
