Good luck on your journey OP, i am growing an instagram account too since 02/nov, so far 12.2K followers but they are very active, i've noticed some big instagram accounts (around 800k - 1M followers) also driving traffic to health related posts, so i will follow your journey.
i have a question, those earnings shared in your adsense screenshot are only from using this method, or where you previously sending traffic using other methods?

develop another source of income, i started with adsense back in the day and hated the once a month payday too so i found another source of rev. that pays out weekly and another one that was every two weeks....so once i had my three cash cows running I had three sources of income coming in all month every month. got paid every week on one, paid twice a month by the other and then my big paycheck on goog, cant beat beat it all done in my boxers while sitting at home sipping on a expresso....lol

These are my earnings from dec 25th through the 26th
it was about 40 on the 25th and 50 on the 26th
on the 27th . 28th and today on the 29th i did no promoting so i made dollars, like 3-4 dollars
I also wont be promoting till jan 1st
and i did not meet my goal of 1k by jans payout
