IG Ad - Getting the likes need the conversion.

Hey guys, I have a wedding photography insta and I placed a Instagram AD. Im targeting newly engaged women. The goal is to get them to book a photo session or wedding with me. On instagram when you run a ad it gives you a few options, (send message, learn more.. which links to your website, or shop now.. or something like that.. or none) I have tried the send message but didnt get any results so I went back to none and had a ton of likes on my ad. The issue is nobody is going and following my account or inquiring for my services. Do you guys have any ideas or techniques you use to get them to convert over to your insta profile or inquire for services?
