When i create my acc..and i let him without no activity no likes no following..does my account will be banned because of no activity?

I think it won't be banned. Although I also think if you keep it like that for a long time, Instagram may delete it. They keep on deleting fake accounts and I think empty or no activity accounts may also be deleted.

I had 1 profile pic and one post with a random pic on alot IG accs and i let them like that for years, they are still working.
