IG account Disabled

So My account was working this morning , until i tried to post something then he got disabled and when i checked my email i found this Email :

And this is My Settings :

50-100 people per operation may be to high, i use 20-30 and never got a problem. Are you working with proxies? If yes, are they shared?

this Account was created on 01/12/2012 so it's aged enough , i'm using private proxies and Jarvee

Sent in the information, they will give you the reason why it is disabled. Might be content related and not related to the tool.
The settings look aggressive tho, also did you warm up the account and settings properly.

They are banning and putting tens of thousands of accounts on PVA in past couple of days.

i got PVA 3 times yesterday but for me i'm using personal sim cards , i have a lot , so i don't think the problem from that

this Account was created on 01/12/2012 and i warmed it for about 1 month , and i didn't change anything i'm still warming it. yesterday i got Phone confirmation 3 times and i confirmed it with the same phone numbers

The settings are way too aggressive. Try to get your account back, let it rest for a while, then warm it up again with way lower settings per operation.

aggressive even that the account is aged and i already warmed it up

Youre not alone. I found some people facing this too. PVA wave and ban wave. It seems IG doing "cleaning" now. Get your setting lower, just in case

Just click a photo holding a paper written all the details they're asking for and your account will be enabled again

I tried it for one account , and if it's work i will use it for my other account that got disabled

I did , I have that one account that Work super fine and have a great engagement i hope they don't disabled it

Just prove the account are yours, get them back and leave them alone for a while. Just post some content on it now and then, and after a month or so you'll be good to go again.
