In English slang if someone is "a bit Iffy" they are not trustable.
It's ironic that his nic is "ifywarrior".

He is real scamer totally not trust able he also tried to cheat me.

Boom - you need to post Proof - as in copies of emails/skype chats/BHW msgs... along with a break down of what happened - otherwise you're just blowing smoke into the wind. (Doesn't anyone actually read the SL rules before they post?)
