I think Pinterest is putting in place stricter limits lately.
I use a wordpress plugin on a few of my sites for auto-sharing on social media, and their Pinterest option stopped working a while ago. They said it's because Pinterest put some limit on them. I assume they're putting limits on all the apps that do autosharing.
