IFTTT and Zapier Twitter / Reddit problems!

Hi
Okey, I have problems... two problems what I have tried to figure out in these 2 hours..

First Problem!

I try to set up, that every time when some specific Twitter user, tweets something. I will Copy that Content to Reddit - to own subreddit.
I will do this using IFTTT.. But it's not working and I don't know the reason.

IFTTT "here is the code"
If New tweet by specific user @USERHERE, then Submit a new text post




Zapier
In Zapier I am trying to do this, but it seems they aren't allowing it for some reason.

Create tweet in Twitter when user tweet.

And that means when some specific Twitter user tweets something. I will automatically tweet a specific thing each time when the tweet is made by that user

But it's not working and the reason is, that the tweet has to by every time a different kind of and I don't want it to by. "some Twitter rule I think"

So do you guys have a solution for this, is your IFTTT working?
Is some software providing that Zapier function too, that I can customize my own automatic tweet.
