ifttt and fb

i started some pages boosting pics via ifttt. but after 1-2 days sometimes longer it always get deactivated.

the error message

General Action Error

An error with the Action prevented your Recipe from working. After five consecutive errors your Recipe will reset. If errors persist, visit the Help page for support.

after 5 times they deactivate the fb channel and it must be activated manually again.
i also reduced the pictures posting bur no success. any idea what i can do else that this is not happening ?

I work a lot with Ifttt and Fb, and I saw that sometimes IFTTT's service works well only in nightime.
For example, i got 5 recipes working perfectly since 01a.m. to 7am, after 7am all recipes cannot work.
I think it's a problem with ifttt's servers....IMO
