Iframing giving me hard time

hi guys,

from last few days i am trying to learn iframing cpa offers but couldn't get anywhere. I have gone thro' many many threads from different - 2 forums but no luck. Even i tried to hire somebody to do this job for me and they are asking bloody $50+ for it. All i want is to make attached offers to looks like job application form and hide my referrer.

Can any body please help me with that. i have happy to pay $10-15 dollars for that.

I don't know too much about iframing, but I used this link before to blank my referrers and hide where they are coming from:
