I'm currently getting paid $1.25 per email submitted. How many should I get before rotating offers?

As many as you can, make sure you use differnt networks, running 10 offers on 1 network all iframing looks so obvious, please remember to throw some legit traffic in there, otherwise you will simply be banned because non of the leads are going to convert on the backend, I'd say for every 1 submit you do, you should get 2 legitimit leads to that offer, so your converastion rate on the backend is around %75, which I'd say it around normal for a e-mail submit. :)

If I were you I'd start rotating right away, spreading over as many submits as possible. iFraming = usually junk traffic, so make sure you get paid before the advertiser pulls the plug on you.

Research the 'free stuff' CPA CL method, that'll work well with iframing e-mail submits for the legit traffic, just made a post about it on another thread, search for it if you want.

Well, I can't find any way to get legit email leads. All I get is people not submitting it. Will it still work?

If people want something you/website have/offers, hell yes people will submit their email. If the traffic is somewhat targeted a good chunk of them will even fill out 2nd or 3rd pages, handing you some green flags for the affiliate company you're working with. The most important thing is that your 'sales pitch', must not sound like a sales pitch. Make it look like filling out their email was forced by some 3rd party company or something like that. Email submits are the easiest to convert but also get shaved like hell, are unreliable and if you're only going to send in traffic that won't convert for the advertiser, keep your earnings on like $5 per submit spread out over many networks.. just keep in mind you're going through all this hassle while you could also spend that time bringing in BH leads that WILL convert for the advertiser, sometimes even convert so high that they'll ban you. Then you'll have to bring in junk traffic again :D Funny world eh..
