IFraming Email Submits Help

I can't get it to convert. Here's one of the sites: http://freeipad4unow.blogspot.com/

Once you enter an email, the stats don't show up with my affiliate account. Have also tried with different offers.

Is it just the offer? If so, what is a good network/offer to try

iframing does not work with cpa because the gets broken most of the time by a framebreaker and your cookie does not make the journey

Not entirely, many offers do have a framebreaker though.

Also most all zip/e-mail submits shave horribly, they are really not too great anymore. Also be sure that offer pays after just an e-mail submit, looks like you're framing multiple areas from an offer? Doesn't look like a standard e-mail submit that has just that field.
