I iframed one of my websites to one of my high traffic websites in the same niche, had no effect on rankings. I guess you are not interested in rankings though. It is easy to get shit iFrame traffic through Blogger, just make loads of shit Blogger sites and iFrame your site on them.
You mean creating bloggers sites with lots of Long tail keywords and let them rank and then get traffic ? It will take much time. Do you know source to buy iframe traffic or cheap real traffic like $1 for 1000 usa visits ?

You can just scrape a bunch of proxies and then ping the target URL using Scrapebox
what ? that will count as proxy taffic.

I think you can set an User Agent for the pings, but that's as cheap as US Traffic goes
