I have a website that fails to get monetized with Amazon. I get around 800 clicks per month, but no sales. Is there any way I can add an iframe to those amazon widgets on my website so if they click on them they are actually clicking on adsense adds?

Any other ideas to help monetize or convert these leads?

That is click fraud and will likely get you banned by G.

Isn't it done by many others though? Where there is a video play button, and when you click it, it takes you to a different website or an ad pops out.
That's why this thread is in the Black Hat SEO forum.

You need to learn the difference between blackhat techniques and fraud. Cheating, scamming, and stealing are outside the scope of this forum.

Ethical considerations aside, Google is not stupid and will eventually catch you for committing click fraud. Once you're banned from Adsense, it is extremely difficult to get back in the game. Save yourself some potential earnings and find another way to increase CTR.
