Hi all. I work with someone who want traffic from my site. From now, i used classic iframe <iframe src="" width="1" height="1"></iframe> but today my site has penalized for malware. So, in 2015, how tehnique do you use to send traffic to other site but in main site don't appear anything?

Not judging, just curious, so please don't misunderstand: are you essentially trying to make it appear as though you are sending traffic to their site while basically scamming them (because they are not actually "visiting" the site in question to which you would be supposedly "sending traffic")?
No. He want traffic, don't ask me for what he need. I have contract with him so i need to deliver traffic every month. The problem is: how can i delivery? because if I used classic iframe my site have trouble and get message with malware infection by google. So, what's the correct method to send legit traffic to other partner?

That is cookie stuffing basically and is forbidden here, because this is apparently a white hat and not a black hat forum.
OK, if your site was passing as clean BEFORE and then gets flagged as "unclean" by Google AFTER you added that 1x1 iframe pointing to your guy's site then the inescapable conclusion is that HIS site is the one with malware trouble, and warrants, for sure, a discussion with him before you go any further. It could be a case of Google being an overprotective net nanny about something "borderline" on the site, or something legitimately dangerous and Just Not Cool (TM).
If it is a legit threat lurking on his site, well, Napoleon did say never attribute to malice what one could easily also attribute to ignorance. Your mileage may vary though in this regard, but you really do owe it to yourself to find out what the deal is by discussing it with him before you continue any further.
In the best case, he will be grateful you caught something he missed, it will get taken care of and then you can continue to plan out how exactly it is that you will be driving "traffic" to his site (but seriously, that phrase is so vague, it could mean like literally a hundred different things depending on who you are talking to, so it would help to ask him to clarify what he is expecting, at least in general). In the worst case, you may have uncovered more about what his operation is all about than he was interested in disclosing to you (upfront anyway), and you will have to think long and hard as to whether or not this is someone with whom you actually want to pursue business dealings (I would advise against, personally, but that is the choice I have made for myself about the kinds of people I wish to do business with, after MUCH past life experience, most of which was less than amicable).

Or, if you don't want to be the morally-minded and overly-curious type, just do what Pornhub does:
(1) Visitor lands on any given page of site
(2) Check cookie to see if user has visited site within the last 24 hours (about)
(3a) If the user has visited within the last 24 hours already, do nothing
(3b) If the use has NOT visited within the last 24 hours, register a click handler for all hyperlinks on the page
(4) Mark time of this page visit and store in cookie to be checked on next page load for the site
Click handler:
(1) Rewrite "href" attribute of the target link to point to where you want to drive traffic
(2) Add a "target" attribute to the target link and give it the value "_blank"
(3) Setup a delayed callback one or two seconds into the future to refresh the page
(4) Return normally from the on click handler, allowing the event to proceed normally
And that is very, VERY roughly the gist of what they have got going on these days. They also do some kinda Flash tomfoolery in order to get the site they are driving traffic to to appear in new browser window with a popUNDER effect, rather than simply with the more "traditional" popup browser window as I have laid out in this post more or less.
