I am trying to figure my game plan for using my own domain for a few unrelated affiliate products. I have read through a lot of material and am unsure of which of the 2 methods I should use or if there are drawbacks to either. 1. Create subdomains on my site and redirect those pages to my affiliate links or 2. Use a 100% size iFrame as a page on my own domain and incorporate my affiliate page there. I would still use that page as a sub-domain because I want to use other products as well.
Any advice on which method is better (if either) and any drawbacks they may have regarding SEO would be very much appreciated! I know I can use Google Analytics in the iFrame. My marketing plan is once I've got a good start on promoting through articles and blogging, I'm tackling Adwords "again" for my campaigns (only this time after watching some informative tutorials I have purchased!). Just thought that might matter!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or if someone just knows of a good resource I can get my answer from, I would love to check it out!
