Iframe to generate traffic

I have been studying up on how to receive high volume of traffic for as cheap as possible. The quality doesn't matter, i'm just looking for hits. Would it be possible to put a hidden iframe in a comment on a popular blog, news site or something along those lines??? Or maybe a popular forum or classified site? So everyone that visits that page, my page would get a hit as well?

So you trying to get another site to iframe your site so your site can get more hits

if they take html theoretically yes. . . you could call up a hidden iframe. I highly doubt this would work. . if you find any sites that may do this . . PM me the site and i'll look at it with you.

I mean a hidden iframe that connects to my site could do so so so much. I can't imagine that it would be possible to do it with a blog comment or a news site. If you could do this. . then you could technically very very easily compromise a site and use it to run many things that one is not allowed to mention here on bhw.

I'd love for someone to chime in on this with a method to do that, or a list of sites you could do this on.
