Would be possible to iframe an offer directly on the Facebook Fan Page ?

I don't think so, you can on an app but not on a fan page.

you can code it in on the fbml page however your page will get deleted quickly.
Look into sending them to another site thru your fbml page. You will have a greater success that way.

Just as he said, your page will get deleted asap, that was my experience but if you send them from fbml page to one of your pages with the offer, that will be good. I heard if you make a new fan page and want to play with fbml right away... its best if its one day old and then play with fbml maybe not, maybe yes.
