IFrame blogspot -> .tk or .co.cc (WHY?)

hey guys!

I saw many people promoting copyright files (porno, cracks, music, etc) using blogspot and iframing it to .tk hosting.

My question is simple, why?

If it is to protect G from checking the spamming traffic why not using bit.ly?

Or you think its because of longevity of blogspot? I mean if using .tk if it get banned they have the normal blogspot to continuing promoting... ???

Probably but I say it's bad to use iframes to free domains for SEO.
Rather keep the xxx.blogspot.com and play it safe so I don't get banned, plus blogspot's blogs are not bad for SEO.
