I have a network of 150 websites (wordpress multisite blogs) and I have a list of 150 links to all the other blogs on the right sidebar. I know it is not good to do something like that from the seo perspective, so I have two options put these links in an iframe and block it in robots.txt or do the same with a JavaScript file that is gonna output the html for the links.

Are any of these legitimate strategies of getting around this issue, according to Google webmaster guidelines. Is something like that ok with them. One way or another, which of the solutions do you think is better and why - iframe or the JavaScript file?

    Thank you.
